Module 2: Unhappy at Work: Change Your Job or Change Yourself – Group Coaching

Group Coaching facilitated by one of the workshop trainers offers participants an opportunity to bring up individual concerns and have the support of the group and the trainer in finding solutions. Group Coaching is a cost-effective way to:

• Clarify goals
• Define actions to achieve goals
• Receive coaching and help to make progress
• Share expertise with others

The group coaching session is 90 minutes. The group is limited to no more than 10 participants to ensure each person gets their questions and issues addressed.
