This 90-minute workshop is an introduction to the Juicy Work process—a process you can use with clients to help them identify the factors that make their work satisfying. Our tools and frameworks—combined with your coaching expertise—will help your clients identify and obtain fulfilling work faster.

Our program is flexible for a variety of client types, whether you work with CEOs or junior employees, artists or scientists or recent college graduates.

When you and your clients get a sense that the job fit isn’t right, how do you help your clients assess if they need to change or make a change?

In this 90-minute workshop, we will provide a decision tree to help coaches and clients get to the root of the issue. Once diagnosed, we provide ideas for powerful questions and exercises to help your clients explore options for making their current job more fulfilling or finding a job that is more aligned with their skills and values. And if it is the client who needs to change, we have tools to help with the process.

When you hear something described as ‘juicy,’ you probably think of a luscious piece of fruit: bite into it and it rewards all your senses as it refreshes your spirit and nourishes your body. Juicy Work is exactly that. It is work that fulfills and sustains you. It draws on all your strengths and expands abilities you may not even have been aware of. It is work that makes a difference to you and, at its juiciest, a difference to the world.

The purpose of this module is to help coaches awaken their clients to the possibility of bringing all of their energy, passion, knowledge and experience into their career by finding their own juicy work. By the end of our 90-minute workshop, coaches will be able to:

• Define strengths and signature strengths
• Describe questions and activities that help clients identify their strengths and passions
• Evoke awareness in clients of the powerful connection when their strengths and passions align in their work.

Using a proprietary template, we show you how to guide clients into identifying the aspects of a nurturing environment that matters to them.

In this 90-minute workshop, we provide tools to identify what is needed for each client to thrive in their work environment.  We assess the kind of leadership, co-workers, and values of the company that align with your clients’ needs.

Sometimes people have ‘should’ goals, but they aren’t really committed to them.  No wonder they can’t get traction on working on them.

In this 90-minute module, we work to clarify goals, determine why they matter, and present ways to enliven the goals so that the client has increased motivation to achieve the goals they care about.

At some point in a change process most people face challenges that keep them from reaching their goals.

In this 90-minute module, we provide tools a coach can use to give the clients support and new ways of working toward their goals. We show them ways to identify what is holding the client back and how to get them unstuck.

We use the signature strengths defined in Module 3 to hone stories and examples to define a client’s unique brand.

In this 90-minute module, we provide our branding template to help clients define their gifts and how they have used them. This makes it easy for clients to craft their elevator pitch.

In this 90-minute workshop, we show how to target, expand, and leverage your clients’ networks to help them find their Juicy Work. We offer practices and skill-building to make networking a strong skill for your clients.
