Conventional wisdom said it is easier to get a new job while you are employed, but for many of my clients, the demands of their current job is too intense to take the time to focus on a new career. If you want to make a significant change, having the time to explore and envision what you want makes sense.We spend more of our time at work than in any other endeavor. This reward of finding meaningful work outweighs the risk of taking some time off.
